New Luxury Resort Project – KUARA – Launching Soon in Lombok

Mirah Property Group is excited with the imminent launch of a brand-new 8-hectare all-inclusive resort in the south of Lombok.

Kuara’s focus is to promote a return to what makes life worth living – where luxury meets nature – and offer guests unrivalled comfort, elegant style, and a plethora of unique and unforgettable experiences.

During the last couple of years, as construction has been ongoing at Mirah Property Group’s projects, the company has identified and secured an incredible location in an untouched area of south Lombok.

After months of hard work and careful planning from the entire Mirah Developments team finalizing master plans, architectural designs, and work-shopping and developing the concept, they are weeks away from launching their newest and most exciting project.

International sales executive Alexis Santafe says, “With Kuara we wanted to make an experience-based resort without compromising on luxury and style. This part of Indonesia is so beautiful, we feel grateful to be able to give people the chance to explore and experience it for themselves.”

Central to the resort’s philosophy will be sustainability. Kuara will have an on-site organic vegetable and herb garden, as well as free-range chicken coops and animal barns. Guests will experience first-hand world-class dining with farm-to-table ingredients – and the chance to learn traditional Indonesian flavours and cuisine at the resort’s cooking classes.

For those who enjoy using their hands, the resort will also offer pottery workshops at the on-site pottery studio as well as archery training at its archery range. Kuara’s health and spa centre promises to disconnect guests from the bustle of modern life with a selection of treatments and daily yoga and meditation classes.

Kuara will be located minutes from world-famous surf spots, which caters to different ability levels, such as Gerupuk inside, Gerupuk outside, and Don-Don. The resort’s boats and jet skis can bring guests from the beach directly to the line-up.

Kuara will be much more than just a resort,” Alexis continued to say, “This will be something unique, something special. After staying at Kuara, guests will leave with a refreshed outlook on life!”

Final designs on 32 luxurious residences have been completed. Each villa and cottage draws on contemporary minimalism and Asian Zen ideals – evoking a sense of peace and tranquillity. Designed with clean lines and organic earthy tones, natural wood and polished sandstone, Kuara living spaces will feel warm, inviting, and grounded.

The residences will be split between the beachfront, Kuara Beach Side, and high up on the hilltop of Bumbang Bay, Kuara Hill Top – accessible via the resort’s private transport, quad bike, or horseback.

Beachfront villas offer private pools and private sunken fire pits – with hilltop villas offering private infinity pools overlooking the entire bay.

Five minutes from the resort is a protected national forestry. Guests will be able to immerse themselves in the majesty of an Indonesian rainforest with guided jungle trekking, horseback riding, and quad-bike trails – they can explore and discover the secluded and undeveloped beaches within the forestry.

The national forestry’s goal is conservation of the area’s natural flora and fauna – their staff maintain a deer conservatory as well as a butterfly farm. In the future, Kuara aims to collaborate with the national forestry to promote sustainable and environmentalist ideals and education in the region.

Lombok has been dubbed the ‘NEW BALI’ – with fewer crowds, less traffic, less development, and a steadfast dedication to eco-tourism. While Bali has dominated the touristic landscape in Indonesia – Lombok is quickly following suit and touted to become one of South East Asia’s top luxury destinations.

Kuta, Lombok is undergoing a $3 billion development which includes an international street circuit for the MotoGP race calendar, as well as a 27 hole golf course, a waterpark, and luxury hotels. Since the opening of Lombok’s international airport, the island has experienced a steady increase in domestic and international tourism.

Mirah Property Group is excited to soon be able to offer the opportunity to invest in one of Lombok’s most luxurious and exclusive upcoming developments. Owners of one of the 32 high-end residences can expect very strong investment returns through high rental yields and high capital gains as well as a vacation home like no other.

Our in-house expert legal team will be able to guide you through the process, with both freehold and long-term leaseholds available.

We will offer flexible payment plans and property management plans to meet your specific needs.
